Half-Okie Woodcraft

Inspirational, Spiritual, and Hand-made Dust-Collectors

Portland Signing Christmas Tree…

The 63rd year of Portland's Singing Christmas Tree is a wrap. I pray that next year will be even bigger and better.

Christmas Sales continue

The bazaars I registered for are done. I am thinking of doing a pop-up in my garage if the weather stays nice this next week. I’m planning to figure out how to market my crafts on this site. Be patient if you look at it and things aren’t where you saw them.

I want to make my products more organized and easier to order. Prayers are appreciated, as it is a big learning curve for me. Have a great Christmas and may the Lord give you grace, joy, peace, and love.

What do I make?

You’ll find most of my crafts have a “spiritual influence” to them. As a minister, I have many crafts focused on Christmas and Easter. As a creator, I hope that my gifts will encourage spiritual thinking and discernment.

My crafts are appropriate for mantles, centerpieces, and some for outside.

How did I come to do this?

In my adult life, I have found that building and refinishing furniture is creative and rewarding. So, after completely retiring from both Pastoring & retail, I decided to try my hand at DIY/Crafting. Join me on my journey as I create inspirational items and the odd dust collector. I also find that it helps me stay out of my wife’s way during the day…

Please note that since these are hand-made from natural materials, there are variations in finish, texture, and color. I believe these details add to the beauty and uniqueness of each piece! Any fault does not lie with the creator of the material but is mine and mine alone.
